Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth. We do not collect payment information, passwords, or sensitive financial data beyond what you voluntarily enter (e.g. IBKR connection details, which are encrypted at rest).
How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used solely to send the Arivu Daily Brief — a once-per-trading-day summary of your positions, trades, and AI-screened candidates. You explicitly opt in to this during onboarding. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or in Account Settings.
Email Communications
Daily brief emails are sent from hello@arivutrading.com via SendPulse. We send only transactional/informational emails you have opted into. We never send marketing, promotional, or third-party emails. Unsubscribe at any time — one click in any email footer, or toggle off in Settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your trading data is stored securely in Google Cloud SQL (Toronto region) and is never used for any purpose other than operating your Arivu account.
Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@arivutrading.com.
